Dave brings a wide and varied business background to his consultancy business.
Spending 21 years in the Royal New Zealand Air Force in a variety of financial
and administrative positions, both within New Zealand and overseas provided
Dave with a unique set of skills to bring into the commercial sector. During
Dave’s time in the military he studied extramurally through Massey University
gaining a degree in Business Studies in 1998.
Since leaving the Air Force in 1998, Dave has held a variety of accounting and
management roles in the commercial arena. These have ranged for working
within Tainui’s tribal operations as the accountant for the Waikato Raupatu Lands
Trust, to being the company accountant for the Hamilton Airport. From 2002 to
2010 Dave worked as the Group Business Manager for the Spectrum Group and
oversaw the admin and finance functions of this large scale dairy operator in the
South Island and overseas.
Combining these base skills with his commercial experience since leaving the Air
Force, have rounded Dave’s knowledge so that he is uniquely qualified to help
businesses overcome the myriad of problems they face in the modern business
environment.
